How We Handle Numbers
Every price names its source and the date we checked it. Calculations we did are marked ESTIMATE. Rules can change, so confirm permits and lead requirements with MABCD, KDHE or your painter.
Before You Hire
- Ask for proof of insurance.
- For homes built before 1978, ask for the KDHE renovation firm license.
- Get the primer, paint and number of coats in writing.
